Make AI videos
people actually watch.
And brands actually pay for. Every clip on this page was made with AI by one guy who used to pour drinks. Inside Viral AI Academy you get the prompts, the workflows and the psychology behind them.
592 million views. Screen-recorded.
Not a slide. The actual analytics. One channel, built from zero with AI in six months. One short alone did 346 million.

One image. One prompt. A finished ad.
Six local-business commercials, each made in one afternoon from a single reference still and one written prompt. The still is on the left. What came back is on the right. This is the lesson, start to finish, inside the Academy.

All six were generated on 7 September 2026 with the workflow taught in "One-Prompt Ads for Businesses". The businesses are fictional; the method is not.
Real members. Real posts.

People join for one of these. They stay for all of them. Every one has a full breakdown inside: the prompts, the tools, the mistakes, the finished file.
AI UGC that looks real
Talking-head creators that don't look like AI. Skin, voice, pacing, the phone-camera look. Nobody asks "is that real?" because they never think to.
Commercials businesses pay for
Fragrance, fashion, steakhouses, pizzerias, ice cream. One prompt, one reference image, a finished spot. Plus how to pitch it and what to charge.
Viral short-form with retention psychology
Why a video gets watched to the end. Hooks, holds, the four things that make a stranger stop. The system behind 592M views, not a list of tips.
Characters that stay the same
Same face, same voice, scene after scene. Claymation, grandmas, a full narrative short. Character locks that hold up at 1080p.
Cinematic film, no crew
Noir, sci-fi trailers, a 65-second drama. Real lighting, real depth, a camera that moves. Storyboard to finished cut.
Your own AI avatar
A creator who never films. Built once, used everywhere. How I made mine, and how to make it move and talk without the dead-eyes look.
Not a course. A working system.
Eight courses, updated as the tools change. New breakdowns land as I make new videos, because I'm still making them every week.

"I went from bartender to 592 million views in six months. Not because I'm talented. Because I found the system and kept using it."
Stefan runs Viral AI Academy and still makes videos every week: UGC ads, client commercials, viral shorts, AI characters, short films. Everything on this page is his work, and every piece has a breakdown inside. He answers in the community daily.
Hi, Stefan here.
Two years ago I was pouring drinks. I started making AI videos at night because I could not afford a camera, a crew or an actor, and I posted every one of them. Most died. A few did not. By the time I stopped counting, one channel had 592 million views, and one short alone had 346 million.
The thing nobody tells you: the tools were never the hard part. The hard part is knowing why a stranger keeps watching past the first second, and how to keep one face the same across fifty videos. That is what I wrote down, in order, with every prompt I used.
The Academy is that system, plus me in the comments every day telling you what to fix. It costs $9 because I would rather have nine hundred people who post than nine who paid for a mastermind.

Before you decide.
I'm a complete beginner. Is this for me?
Yes. Start Here takes you from zero to a first video. Every breakdown shows the full build on screen, so you copy exactly what you see.
How do members actually get paid?
Three ways you see on this page: ads and commercials for businesses (one reference image, one prompt, a finished spot, and the lesson on what to charge), UGC-style product videos for brands and stores, and their own channels and characters. The One-Prompt Ads course includes how to pitch and price the work.
How much time do I need?
Your first video takes about an hour with Start Here. After that, most members spend a few evenings a week. Every breakdown is a build you copy on screen, so you are never staring at a blank page.
What tools do I need, and do they cost extra?
Mostly Higgsfield (for video and image generation) and ChatGPT or Claude. Their credits are separate from the Academy. Several lessons show free or local routes too.
Do I need a camera, a face, or a voice?
No. Every video on this page was made without filming anyone. You can use your own face and voice if you want, and there is a lesson on cloning both.
Are the videos on this page really AI?
Yes, all of them. People, products, places and voices. That's the point of the Academy.
What happens at 1,050 members?
Monthly goes to $39 for new members. Anyone already inside keeps the price they joined at, for as long as they stay.
How do I cancel?
On Skool, in two clicks, any time. Yearly members keep access for the full year they paid for.
Will I get clients, views or income?
Members do, and you saw some of them above. I can't promise your results. I can promise the exact system I use and honest feedback on your work.
